Day 1Luxury Everest Helicopter Tour
Early Morning: Transfer to Airport
Guests are collected from their hotel in Kathmandu in a private luxury vehicle and escorted to Tribhuvan International Airport’s domestic terminal. VIP assistance is provided for a smooth check-in, and the helicopter is prepared exclusively for their flight.
Scenic Flight to Lukla
After safety briefing, the helicopter lifts off, rising over Kathmandu Valley before flying east towards the Himalayas. Within 45 minutes, guests land briefly at Lukla (2,860m), the gateway to Everest, for refueling. Here, the mountain air and first views of the Khumbu region set the tone for the adventure.
Flight to Everest Region and Kala Patthar Landing
From Lukla, the helicopter follows the Dudh Koshi River valley, passing Namche Bazaar and Tengboche Monastery. As the flight gains altitude, panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and Makalu unfold dramatically. Weather permitting, the helicopter makes a short landing at Kala Patthar (5,545m), one of the best viewpoints for Mount Everest. Guests can step out for 10–15 minutes, take photographs, and breathe in the thin, crisp air while standing closer to the world’s highest peak than most travelers ever reach.
Breakfast at Hotel Everest View (HEV)
Descending from Kala Patthar, the helicopter lands at Hotel Everest View (3,880m), renowned as the highest luxury hotel in the world. A gourmet breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace, featuring freshly baked bread, fruit platters, eggs, Nepali tea, and coffee, all while Everest and Ama Dablam rise majestically in the background. The unique combination of fine dining and Himalayan panoramas makes this one of the most exclusive experiences in Nepal.
Midday Return Flight
After a leisurely breakfast and photographs, the helicopter begins its return journey. Flying along the same route, guests have another chance to enjoy aerial views of Sherpa villages, terraced fields, and snow-capped peaks. A brief stop is made again at Lukla for refueling before continuing back to Kathmandu.
Afternoon: Return to Hotel
On arrival in Kathmandu, guests are transferred back to their hotel. The rest of the afternoon is free for rest or optional spa treatments, shopping, or light sightseeing in the city.
